GOAL #2:
GOAL #3:
  • To Choose 3 Focus areas, we recommend sessions of 30 minutes or more in length.
  • EXAMPLE GOAL SELECTIONS

  • Cardio - Select Cardio Conditioning as your goal if your focus is a variety of cardio burn sessions
  • Weight Loss - Select both Weight Management and Strength Training. Do not choose both Weight Management & Cardio together.
  • Tone and Definition - Choose just Toning as primary goal or add Cardio as a secondary. You could add strength for sessions over 30 minutes. If you are doing other Cardio- Choose both Toning and Strength.
  • General Fitness & Variety - Choose 2 or 3 goals: Strength Training, Cardio Conditioning, Toning and Energize & Relax / Yoga.

Do not choose both Cardio & Weight Management. Please pick one or the other. If you do other cardio, a good choice would be Strength and Toning, or Toning and Energize & Relax, or all three.
  • SESSION SET-UP Please choose general session frequency and length
This is time efficient interval training, generally we recommend 25-40 minute sessions. This often equals 45-60 minute class or more at the gym.
